Auto FTP Manager is a brawny FTP client that allows you to link to any FTP server and automate file transfers. You can schedule transfers and take advantage of a spacious range of functions that let you to deal files on the FTP server.
The built-in File Manager's intuitive user interface lets you drag and drop files and directories between your local organisation and the FTP server. The real-time Queue lets you monitor and control transfers as they happen.
Auto FTP Manager's dictation line interface lets you start transfers or synchronizing either manually, or from batch files and scripts.
Auto FTP Manager can convey files to, or have files from, multiple FTP servers simultaneously, in the background. Synchronize directories between your local PC and the FTP server. Mirror, plowshare, or backrest up critical files. Advanced filtering and pattern-matching apply you precise control over which files are transferred.
Works with Windows 98 / ME / 2000 / XP / Vista.

.net FTP programs work better. I have Windows XP and need to automate all my transfers in the background. This program uses .net and is great. I can have several windows opened at the same time
